How to update your bluetooth device
Keeping your Bluetooth device up to date ensures the best performance, latest features, and improved stability. Follow this short guide to update your device.

Begin Update
What You’ll Need
• A Windows computer
• Firmware file – download below
Step 1 – Download Firmware
Download the latest Firmware version.
Step 2 – Restart Gateway
Locate the Bluetooth device and disconnect and reconnect it from the CAN-bus.
⚠ Make sure to disconnect both cables if you have both connect and only connect port 1 cable!
Step 3 – Connect to the Gateway’s Wifi
- Open the Wifi settings on you computer and connect to the network Bluetooth-gateway_Connect
- Once your computer is connected to the gateway’s Wifi, open web browser.
Go to 192.168.4.1
Step 4 – Go to Firmware Update
- Open the Update tab in the Web UI
- The Currently installed firmware version will be displayed there
- click New firmware file and select the correct firmware file (.bin)
Step 5 – Start the update
Click Update!
