5. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

If a customer violates these Terms, Addio reserves the right to terminate their account and restrict their access to future purchases or services. Accounts that remain inactive for 24 months will be flagged for deletion, and Addio will notify the customer via email. If the customer does not log in within 3 months, the account will be permanently deleted.
7. Warranties and Guarantees
7.1 Product Warranty
Addio provides a limited warranty on its products for 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Any misuse, modification, or unauthorized repair of the product voids the warranty.
7.2 Warranty Claims
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact Customer Support. Addio will review each claim on a case-by-case basis and determine whether to repair, replace, or refund the defective product. The customer is responsible for returning the defective product to Addio, and Addio will bear the cost of shipping for the replacement product.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property on the Addio website, including but not limited to product designs, software, text, graphics, images, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Addio. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content from our website without prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
Addio disclaims all liability for any misuse or unintended use of its products by customers. By purchasing and using Addio products, customers assume full responsibility for how they install, implement, or modify the products. Addio will not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that arise from the improper use of its products.
9.1 Indirect or Consequential Losses
Addio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its products or services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or third-party claims.
10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes or claims related to your use of Addio’s products or services must first be directed to Customer Support. If the issue cannot be resolved, both parties agree to pursue the matter through informal negotiation.
10.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law. Any legal disputes that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Addio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to the website.
