Within the Addio product range are four different models of Digital Relay Boxes. The main differences between the models are the power supply (12V or 24V) and the possibility to control the box with a hand controller, or wirelessly with a mobile device. The models that can be controlled by a hand controller or a mobile device are called "Advanced", or shortened "ADV". These models also have RGB LED indication for each output, built-in H-bridge for DC motor control and built-in pull-up resistors for grounded signals.
The outputs have many functions, such as:
DRB-1612-4 Advanced
DRB-8012-4 ESP (Slave)
DRB-9012-8 Standard
DRB-9012-8 Advanced
DRB-5024-8 Advanced
DRB-1024-8 Advanced

For the advanced models a hand controller and two different switch panels are available as an accessory which can be connected via a COM contact (RJ10).
Both controller and indicator
The hand controller has 15 RGB LED illuminated buttons, of which 13 can be linked together with the outputs on the digital relay box. Each button can be set in several different modes and can either activate an output or work as an indicator to show whether a specific output or input is active.
The 8 way switch panel has the same features as the bigger brother and could either be mounted on a tiltable bracket or surface mounted on a flat surface with double sided tape
All settings are saved in the relay box and not in the external unit, which makes it possible, for example, to change the hand controller but still retain all of the current settings.
The hand controller and switch panel can also be connected to multiple DRBs with a built in master slave system. You are also able to connect two hand controllers and up to 4 switchpanel to one DRB for parallel use or with individual settings for each unit.
The hand controller and switch panel has a built-in temperature sensor that can be used for output control. The switch panel has also a light senor on top that could be used to detect night and day mode for connected warning lights etc.
For the DRB-9012-8 ADV and DRB-5024-8 ADV, a Bluetooth module is available as an accessory which can be connected via a COM contact (RJ10).
Your smartphone or tablet will then turn into a remote control for your system. The BLE module is a separate module to be able to mount it in a more optimal way due to the signal strength between the BLE module and your phone/tablet. Range is up to more than 150 meter depending on the phone and how its mounted. Available for both Android and iOS units and up to two mobile devices could be connected at the same time for parallel control.
