Scope of Products and Services<\/strong><br><strong>2.1 Products<\/strong>\u2028<br\/>Addio designs, manufactures, and sells digital relay boxes and other associated hardware. All products are made in Sweden and sold directly to consumers, businesses, and distributors globally. The primary product categories include:  <\/p><ul><li>Main units<\/li><li>Switch panels and hand<\/li><li>controllers<\/li><li>CAN-units and sensors<\/li><li>Junction boxes for CAN and connectors<\/li><li>Symbol sheets and custom units<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>2.2 Support Services\u2028<\/strong><br\/>\u2028In addition to physical products, Addio offers paid support services to assist customers with system integration and setup. These services may include technical consultations, troubleshooting, and customized solutions based on the customer\u2019s needs. <\/p><p><strong>2.3 Availability of Products\u2028<br\/><\/strong>Addio reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice. Product availability may be subject to geographical restrictions or supply chain limitations. <\/p><p><strong>3. Orders and Payment<\/strong><br><strong>3.1 Order Process<br\/><\/strong>To place an order, the customer must provide accurate and complete personal and payment information. Addio reserves the right to refuse any order that does not meet these requirements or for any other reason deemed appropriate. <\/p><p><strong>3.2 Payment Terms<br\/><\/strong>Payments must be made in full at the time of order placement via the payment methods available on our website. Payment options may include credit cards, PayPal, or other online payment gateways like Stripe. Addio is not liable for any delays in delivery once the products are handed over to the shipping carrier. <\/p><p><strong>4.3 Ownership and Risk of Loss<\/strong>\u2028<br\/>Ownership of the products passes to the customer once payment is received in full, and the products are shipped. Addio will manually review all defect claims and may offer a replacement or repair, depending on the issue. User Accounts and Responsibilities<\/strong><br><strong>6.1 Account Creation<\/strong>\u2028 <br\/>To access certain features of the website, including purchasing products, customers are required to create an account. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. <\/p><p><strong>6.2 Account Termination<\/strong>\u2028<br\/>If a customer violates these Terms, Addio reserves the right to terminate their account and restrict their access to future purchases or services. Accounts that remain inactive for 24 months will be flagged for deletion, and Addio will notify the customer via email. If the customer does not log in within 3 months, the account will be permanently deleted.  <\/p><p><strong>7. Warranties and Guarantees<\/strong><br><strong>7.1 Product Warranty<\/strong>\u2028<br\/>Addio provides a limited warranty on its products for 24 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Any misuse, modification, or unauthorized repair of the product voids the warranty.  <\/p><p><strong>7.2 Warranty Claims\u2028<br\/><\/strong>To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact Customer Support. Addio will review each claim on a case-by-case basis and determine whether to repair, replace, or refund the defective product. The customer is responsible for returning the defective product to Addio, and Addio will bear the cost of shipping for the replacement product.  <\/p><p><strong>8. Intellectual Property Rights<\/strong><br\/>All intellectual property on the Addio website, including but not limited to product designs, software, text, graphics, images, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Addio. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content from our website without prior written consent.
